Ekiz Olive Oil products are processed by being selected by experts with utmost care amongst olives in the Aegean region that is one of the rare locations with the highest levels in very rich vegetation and oxygen density. Immediately after picking the entire olives, Ekiz presses them within two hours at the latest, and maintains the product in the freshest manner as far as possible before bottling process. All of the picked olives are pressed for 40-45 minutes at a temperature not exceeding 22° through cold-pressing method to ensure that no loss of taste, odor or texture, or acidity of the product occurs.
