• Chicken Stuffing

4 chicken breasts

A small cup of green peas

1-2 carrots

2 red bell peppers

1 cup grated kashar cheese

Chicken seasoning mixture

Salt, black pepper


Sauce ingredients:

½ table spoon tomatoes paste

One tomato

Ekiz olive oil



First of all, pound the chicken breasts slightly. Then, cut each breast horizontally, except for its two ends (like a sandwich). In a bowl, add some Ekiz olive oil on the chicken seasoning mixture and apply this mixture on the chicken breasts. Place grated kashar cheese and vegetable garniture. In order to prevent the chicken breasts from opening, attach their edges with large toothpicks or broken wooden skewers.

Fry both sides of the stuffed breasts in a frying pan. Place the breasts in a baking tray. If you have any garniture left, you may spread it at the sides. IFor the sauce, fry grated tomatoes and tomatoes paste in Orkide vegetable oil for a couple of minutes; and then, add 1 – 1.5 cups of water. Bring the sauce to boil and simmer for a couple of minutes; then, pour it on the chicken breasts. e-heat the oven to 200 degrees and cook the stuffed chicken breasts until the tomato sauce is a bit absorbed.
