400 gr. sirloin steak
A packet of mushroom
Ekiz vegetable oil
For the dressing: 1 bowl of yoghurt
Peel and dice the potatoes and carrots. Dice mushrooms and squashes, too and place them in baking tray. Add salt, pepper and olive oil. Sprinkle some fresh thyme on the vegetables and mix them. Cook the vegetable mixture in oven pre-heated to 200 degrees. Cut the sirloin steak into finger-thick slices. Place them in a bowl, and marinate the meat with some fresh rosemary and Ekiz vegetable oil. Cook the steaks in a frying pan. Add salt and pepper. Place the vegetables that you cooked in the oven on a serving plate. Pour the beaten yoghurt on the vegetables. Cut the peeled tomatoes into large pieces and fry them in Ekiz vegetable oil in a frying pan. Place the fried tomatoes on the yoghurt and serve after you lay the steaks on the tomatoes.
