• Sliced Steak Kebab on Pitta Bread

350 gr. sirloin steak

1 carrot

5 long green peppers

1 onion

1 bowl of strained yoghurt


For the shish:

2 cloves of garlic

1 pitta bread

Ekiz sunflower seed oil

Salt - black pepper



Peel the carrot and cut it into long and thin pieces. Mince the onion and garlic into thin slices. Cut the sirloin steak, first, into round slices; and then cut the slices into thin and long pieces. Fry the meat in Ekiz vegetable oil until their color changes. Add the carrot, green pepper and onions. Continue to cook them all together. Add salt and pepper. Separate the pitta bread into two halves and place them on the serving plate. Place the mixture of meat and vegetables on the pitta bread. Season the yoghurt with the garlic. Serve the dish after decorating the surrounding of the pitta bread with yoghurt. Bon appetite!
